                                             Yoga Basics Position-Mountain Pose

        mountain pose is the foundation of all standing poses. we often use this pose to prepare for other poses,  It can also be done by itself.

        How do you do mountain pose? I will tell you......
        Instructions
        1. Standing with your feet together,keep toes forward. your feet also can be a bit apart, Whatever feels natural is okey. but we should pay attention to keeping feet parallel.
        2. Lift up your toes , spread them wide, and place them back on the floor. Feel your weight evenly distribute on each foot, keep your feet firmly on the ground, It feels like your feet have roots as well.

What is the true meaning of yoga

      Yoga has more than thousands years history, but it comes down through the past to today. why? why do people love doing yoga? so now, let us explore the true meaning of yoga.

      In my opinion, yoga is a kind of personal cultivation,enlightenment, the purpose is "body,soul,mind are in one". The main way is through commandment,pose,breath,and meditation to control, connect body and mind, then achieve a wonderful balance. so that's why I feel very refreshed and comfortable after yoga.

But specific to everyone's life, for different people, the meaning of yoga is difference.
For example:
For fashionista, yoga is a fashionable way to exercise.
For the sick, yoga is a treatment methods.
For the stressed worker, yoga is a way of reducing stress and relaxation.
For most of yoga instructors, yoga is a job to support yourself first.

Yoga

Eight years ago on a certain day, Yoga first time rushed into my life. At that time, My work was very busy, my doughter was three years old and my son was one and half years old, so everyday I have a lot of things to do, l felt tired and stressed. But when I met yoga, yoga changed my life, It let me relax and happy, meanwhile my body got exercise. From then I was in love with yoga.
